Weather: lil' footsies didn't hurt today

Comments:
Felt strong like I did last year. The workout isn't particularly difficult, just a lot of running. I didn't realize how tired I was until I got home and sat down and then despaired at the thought of walking down the hall. In the end I finally got myself out of the chair so I could roll and stretch for like an hour.
