This does not have to be long but is very important to get in so you don't feel too stale before Sunday.
I want 3 miles easy with 4 to 5 fast 20 sec. pickups in within the run.
These are VERY important to keep you fresh. So please try to get them in. Thecrecovery jog in between can be whatever you want..
