800's!!!

Been awhile since we did these last!!

On a road or wherever warm up 1 mile easy


Run 800m(.5 miles) fast...I think a good goal for right now in would be to hit a time of around 4:30 to 4:45
You are not on a track and its still is hot these days so times will certainly vary.

Take a complete 2 min walk

Let's do 5 x 800's(.5 miles)

Keep in mind not to go out too fast the first one. I would rather you run the first one at 11 min pace and be able to finish the rest than to run too fast and feel awful for the rest;)

Cooldown some if you can
