Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Looking for a straight up tempo run today if possible.
Warm up 1 mile easy
Run 5 to 6 miles at tempo pace...(not sure where you will be running but just try to maintain a pace that is comfortably hard.
I think anything 7:45 to 8:10 would be ideal.....
