Comments:
One really should get a full night's sleep after a 10-mile track workout and body weight strength training. Instead of letting my muscles recover and get stronger, I stayed up till 6am working on grad school assignments, slept for 90 minutes, and then went for a six mile run with my BAA teammate Rose. It was actually a pretty good clip we kept up all things considered, but in the last mile after she peeled off to go home I was really feeling weary. I need me some nap.
