WU - 500
Swim - 5 x 250, alternate by 50s easy fast.  Alternating between easy and fast, really helped develop a feel for the power differences.  I actually pulled on this set cause my legs were trashed from a bike ride the previous day, so it was nice to rest the legs.  
Pull - 3 x 400. Averaged just over 6 minutes for each 400. 
Swim - 16 x 50 w/5pressouts every 25.  After about 8 reps, my arms were so tired.  I had to focus on good form just to move along.  I was really forced to relax especially when pulling my arms out of the water on the recovery.
