Well my day kind of sucked. I was working on assignment for all 5 of my classes from noon to 1am today in Snyphi. I also have a huge group assignment due tomorrow, where I was literally the only put significant work into their part.... Two people haven't done anything yet and I've been fucking hassling them all day. Really frustrating, so I had to skip club and run at 1:30am.

I'm happy I got a run in though. My legs felt super fresh from the low mileage (despite some lower left butt discomfort lol). I ran 5.25 miles down the campus loop. I also did 4 strides down Gunson street at the end. I thought a lot about my goals for Regionals and how this is race I've been training for all summer. Despite having a shitty day, I think this short and easy run really helped preparing mentally for this weekly. I feel ready and hungry to run fast.

Also the run felt easy, not sure if I'll be able to officially run tomorrow, but regardless I'm ready to go for Regionals.
