Weather: Sunny high 50s

Comments:
Warmup and Cooldown. 2400 meter time trial at 9:45 2 mile pace on track. 1200 on track at 3:25. ~1k on mall at 2:41. Hip got pretty tight during time trial which is why I only ran 2400. Intervals were pretty tough physically too. Serious stretching after.
