Comments:
This is important and can be done either today tommoro or even sat.
Whichever day you feel the best...
But here is the idea if feeling good and all the stars align and if you can get it on as flat as possible that would be awesome!
Warm up easy .5 miles
Run 3 miles at goal marathon pace (maybe close to 8:30 or just under)
Right into 2 miles at goal HM pace so trying to get in the mid to high 7's
Right into 1 mile at 10k pace...(fast!)
So it's 6 miles of progression type running where you are never stopping but certainly trying to hit the marks.
Cooldown .5
For a total of 7 for the day..
