This is workout from last week, id like to try again.
Been awhile since we did these last!!
With race on sat. This can be done no later than wed.!

On a road or wherever warm up 1 mile easy


Run 800m(.5 miles) fast...
I think a good goal for right now in would be to hit a time of around 4:30 to 4:45
You are not on a track and its been windy so times will certainly vary.

Take a complete 2 min walk or stop

Let's do 5 x 800's(.5 miles)

Keep in mind not to go out too fast the first one. I would rather you run the first one at 10 min pace and be able to finish the rest than to run too fast and feel awful for the rest;)

Cooldown 1 mile if you can
