*splits cuz I did waaaay better than I thought I could. Hauled ass the last mile to catch up after my detour

Been awhile since we did a 5k!
You are ready though;)
I think if you look at all your tempo runs, interval days and long runs you should know that you are fit and can run sub 10 for all 3 miles.

A really good workout to look back at would be the 2x 15 min segments workout.

I don't know the course. It might have some hills but I think if you go out close to 10, or maybe 9:40 to 10 pace EFFORT, you will have room to go from there.
You've put in a lot of work these last few months and are getting fitter by the week.
Know that.
Believe that.
Run like you can knowing that this is just a stepping stone to bigger goals!!
