Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Wanted to go to the Boston version of the sacred leaf catching grounds because it was such a beautiful fall day, but ran out of time before my flight. Still, managed to get in a good medium-intensity workout: 2min, 3min, 3min, 2min "hard pace" w/ a minute recovery between each, followed by 4x 60second sprint with 90-second recoveries. Would have done more sprint, but wanted to save something for cheering on tomorrow's meet.
