21 miles is the goal!!!

I want to reiterate this is not the race. You do not have to try and do the same pace that you will shoot for in the actusl race BUT would be nice to kind of treat it as somewhat race like.
Eat well the days before and plan ahead for fuel and drink...

There is no set workout but I do want to try to get in a rythym and see if we can't hit most mikes in low 9's or sub 9 depending on hills.
You may not feel fantastic and that is ok. You just had a very hard run last weekend But the idea is to get the time on your feet in and do what you can without putting your body in the tank.

Try to have 50 to 100 calories of fuel at miles 5, 10 and 15ish!!!
