Comments:
Workout was a timed mile on capital crescent. Warmup down to the park on Dorset felt pretty good--my excessive foam rolling definitely payed off. The mile felt really good, and having people to run with and push me was great. I was hurting a lot on the run back, but I'm definitely getting excited for track!
