Halloween Loop

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Night run on campus. It gets dark early. I was pretty productive today and looking forward to run, even if I didnt feel like it. Started out around campus then came down the south end and did a loop through the neighborhoods on Chestnut and Lincoln. All the little kids were out trick or treating, it was very sweet. And Lincoln was completely blocked off so I could just run down the middle of the street. It was great and I held and awesome pace throughout. Finished up really strong at the gym. Did a short cool down on the track.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch finally feeling more flexible. Legs felt very refreshed after it all I tried to take it easy back to the parking lot. It was starting to get a little chilly out I noticed as well. Daylights saving is this weekend and thats going to mess up the sunlight even more.
