Back on the horse....finally After a week off too rest..wretched well, did 4.0 Mike intervals 4/1!! Calves are fine, no sign of Perry, breathing was good too.....u
Cool down I played with .25/.15 walk/jog,k & .10/.15 walk jog for a mile
