Mile repeats

Comments:
I had a hard time sleeping last night and my legs felt like trash today. But that didn't stop me from having a good workout. 5 mile repeats w/ 3:00 walk in between each.

This was kinda fun. Stayed with Paolo and Riley until the last one through 800m. Then Paolo picked it up and Riley and I stayed back. Then with about 400m to go, Riley took the lead from me. I picked it up to match Riley with 200m to go. Coming in with 100m to go, Riley and I both shifted into our highest gear but I just couldn't sustain it like Riley could lol. Still a quality last mile and overall workout!

Last year at this time of the year, we did this workout on the track and I averaged 5:02.7. So not as fast compared to last year, but I'm still happy.
