today was workout at farm park. i was dehidrated trhe whole day. didn't feel good..but ran pretty consistant. the 800 were good except the 5th one was about 3 sec slower..but caught up on the 6th one. the 600 were all consistant... im ready for counties now!!. my right quad is sore..but it will get better. top 20 at counites here we go!!!
