Man fuck this week. I tried to bottle everything up just to get through it, and it all came crashing down after seminar. I was just drained. I knew I wanted to run, but my whole body couldnt agree with it. I had to come home and just sprawl out. Its ok to get knocked down, but not knocked off the path. Got to keep at it and keep moving forward. Would love to have 4 days a week, but 3 still can be pretty good.
