*so i messed up a few splits, theres a stoplight around mile 1 and 5 and i was trying to time it so i didn't have my speed miles interrupted but got a little trigger happy with the lap button lol...lots of hills especially on the way back

This can be wed. Or Thursday...
6 mile wave run!!!

If feeling pretty good, I would like this 6 to be a wave run, where you are alternating regular easy pace and moderately fast pace every other mile.
So it would llook like:
1 mile easy
1 mile moderate(nothing crazy but sub 10:20ish effort would be good) no need for race pace effort tho!!
1 mile easy
1 mile moderate ...and so on..
