400's

Weather: a little hot

Well I didn't feel good today. Randomly. During warm ups I started to feel like I was going to throw up and during the 400's the whole time I was trudging along in the back of my group, feeling sorry for my fatigued body and wondering what the heck happened to me. Like..two weeks ago I was thriving and last week and this week I've felt crummy.

Well all my times were from 1:39-1:41. Except for my last one which was 1:27. Because I was thinking, okay this is ridiculous. I'm not going to waste one of my last practices by letting myself fail at little 400's. I might was well just pull everything together and end the workout on a positive. So I did. Then on the way home I was really tired and had a side stitch on each side. Ugh.

But it's okay, because whatever is wrong, I know I can take really good care of myself, and make sure I perform the best I can for districts! Because I'm not throwing away my whole season just because some little cold made me feel gross.
