Long run

Comments:
Ok we are two weeks out and you've put some great long runs in the bank.
So this is a 10 miler to maintain that.

After a few mikes easy,
Want to shoot for most of the run to be close to or a tad fatster than marathon pace.
Anything close to 8 to 8:15 would be ideal .
In no need do we have to push this so hard that you are trying to break any records.
But again would be nice to get about 6 of the miles at the low 8 range depending on conditions, hills etc.
