A true mental health day. I could really manage to do much, I just watched Parks and Rec all day and eventually made it out to run. It was kinda chilly but the fresh air was nice. The meadow was exceptionally beautiful actually. I definitely needed that, got most of the chill out of my system. Still man this week...

Ok stretch when I got back. Feeling pretty tight overall. Nothing too sore though.
