felt tired so i took the first lap of the park to see how i was going to feel. felt like doin a fartlek for the next 8.5 miles. did a 1.25 mile warm up and cooldown then 4 sets of 3 minute on/off, 2 minute on/off, 1 minute on/off then 2 30 second on/offs. i felt like it came easy to me today so i cranked it out like i know how to.
