3 miles with following pattern!!
Jog 1 min easy
Run 1 min a bit faster
Walk 1 min.
This is a 3 min. Set that I would like to do 8 times for a total of 24 min of run/walk
I did it, and I put in cool down! Cool down was .10 walk/.15 jog easy
