Hoping that by writing this down I'll follow through with it...

Starting last week, my goal was to work with good focus between seasons. Quality over quantity is needed now. Aiming this week for 35 miles and leaves a decent pace on at least half the runs. A long run in the next two weeks would be good and maybe 40 miles the week of Thanksgiving. I'd also like to do 5-10 minutes of strength work 4 days each week.
