O-Hill Loop

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Run on campus in the evening. More afternoon but it was pretty dark out. Ran through campus, over to the schools then up and down Orchard Hill. Nice little loop switching thing up just a little bit. I was particularly gassed today, legs felt sluggish more so than the past few runs. I did keep at it though pushing up and down the hills just trying to get back to the gym. Finished up rather strong through campus.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Gym was kinda crowded actually, did a little cool down on the track then focused on stretching out really well. Legs feeling much much better now. Realized that Turkey Trot is on the table next week. Looking forward to that. The mileage is gonna be a little longer than usual but I think I have been building up enough over the past few weeks.
