Comments:
I HAVE NO SPEED!!! These were aggressive times and I did not hit them. Not a bad workout though. Suppose to go mile 5:45, 1200 4:15, 1000 3:30, 800 2:45, 400 80 with 4/3/2/1 floats between. I went 5:48, 4:20, 3:38, 2:54 and 84. BAD. The floats made a hard workout even harder!!! I liked it though and want to try it again. (Floats in cooldown.)
