Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Due to Turkey Trot 10k being postponed to virtual 10k’er yesterday...I did a 5k recovery run this am.... just a few inclined areas nothing like my virtual 10k’er or Ocala Streets, but a few.... Kept a steady 4/1 and 3:30/1:30 pattern throughout
However, I will say, if there is ever a weekend to take off this would be the one. Because moving forward, we will not be able to afford that for January!!
