Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I went for an excellent run all over the place. Started off heading down the nice new Klingle Valley Trail, which was absolutely stunning at night. The sun was totally set, so the only light was coming from the lamps lining the road and setting a wonderful glow on the leaves that paved the trail. I turned back at the bottom, came up the top and after some meandering eventually found myself at the St. Albans track. The gate was open, so unknowing and uncaring if I was allowed I headed on. I think I gave another runner a bit of a fright on her way out. Whoops. I did what turned into a light 800 tempo and then headed home. Really great night for a really great run. It was nice to run not paying attention to how long or where and just get out for the sake of running.
