The quest for the sub 4 1500 begins now...

I took a week off from running after XC season ended and now I'm officially back to the grind. I'm beginning the track mileage build. I plan on coming into the new season with more miles than usual under my legs (of course without getting injured). After the Ben Lambert Memorial Mile, Paolo said that we have to compete to go sub 4 in the 1500m. Though I'm roughly 8-9 seconds from that goal, I'm gonna go for it. I think it's in the realm of possibilities if I train properly, so yeah I'm excited for track szn!

Anyways, I ran a late night campus loop alone. It was nothing too special, but after a week of not running my legs felt pretty fresh. I had eaten not too long beforehand, so my stomach was a little meh, but overall not too bad at all. I listen to some Borns and just had a solid first run back.
