*ummm so made the spontaneous decision to run 13.1 (came up .01 short, tried running around the house to pick it up but wasn't registering) just cuz it felt good lol...since Kristen was running 26 I figured I could do half that. tried to push pace every few miles, not hard but just not goofing off lol..hoping to kick ass at the Jacksonville half

Not sure how you will be feeling after race, but if all feels well, I would like to get a longish type run in.
I'm thinking 6 to 8 depending on how you are feeling. We don't have any long races coming up for awhile so there is no need to rush super long runs!!!
