Comments:
Ran the Michigan for the first time ever. Coach modified it a little by making the tempos only 1000m. Definitely a tough workout, especially since I had no one my pace to work with. Still did a decent job staying mentally tough and I kept telling myself I was going to finish. Encouraged at the end b/c I held it together to run w/ the rest of the pack for the last tempo 1000. I decided halfway through the workout that that was my goal. That was good and bad b/c it made some of my other splits slower b/c I was conserving more energy than I should've. Still a fairly positive and encouraging workout.
