Comments:
this is the farthest i've been able to run without pain in a couple weeks. still felt a little tightness and soreness but nothing near what i've had the last week or two. pushed the pace a little after i left steve and jeff at the 2 mile but felt really good and actually added to what i was planning to run because the leg felt fine. little bit of a confidence booster. maybe tomorrow i'll be able to run for the third day in a row for the first time in a fortnight.
