Today I ran over 1.1 to IM West, over 6 around the Abbott Trail loop, and over 1.2 back to Gunson. My Ghost 10s finally came into, so I finally got new shoes. I decided not to give them a break-in period like I did with my Ghost 9s. They felt really good to run in, but I might have that new shoe soreness tomorrow.
I ran with a pretty large group of guys. At one point during a conversation about Thanksgiving, Tyler Cook quote that he "has no friends..... only the pack". Some inspirational material for sure, 9.6/10.
Overall solid run. Happy I have new shoes finally and I'm looking forward to continuing my life as a Nick Symmonds sell-out (My Brook's shoes and socks and run gum order came in on the same day RIP).
