Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Didn't feel too good. Quad is starting to bother me more than I'm used too. I wonder if a bit more strength and stability would be of any benefit (who am I kidding--almost certainly yes). At the same time, I need to keep up my endurance if I'm to be of any assistance whatsoever to the team. As seen from this past year, my natural endurance is pretty good. So maybe take a day or two a week to run short and focus on strength? Maybe go with sprinters once in a blue moon? I don't know. I just want to stay healthy, and I know that if I try to save strength for after practice it's not going to get done until after Jan 1.
