Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
6 mile wave run ...
This should be very moderate as you have a long race next weekend.
So start with the first mile easy and slow in 11's is fine
And then alternate to a faster type pace for 2nd mile but nothing crazy!!
Repeat the alternating speeds for 6 miles...
I think anything for the 11's in the slow and the 10's in the moderate would be perfect ;)
