Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
5 miles at "uptempo". Its not a true tempo pace run, but if you are feeling good and the conditions are descent, let's try to keep a steady HM marathon pace of 8ish pace
Keep in mind tommoro will be hard at clinic, but short, so would be good to get this in today...

Not sure how accurate the first two miles are....GPS was acting up and didn't register the entire first mile
Also my left ITband started pulling and couldn't finish the last mile to make it 5
