Weather: 48 cool and windy

Comments:
Ran workout with team. 800 up on track then stretched. Then ran south loop down Kimbrough to Sunshine. Then back up Kings Rd to Phelps Grove. 1 lap then back to DU through MSU.
3 mile tempo after 3 miles. Then 2 mile cool down back to track and 3-4 laps on track.
Felt ok. Just can't go any faster and its frustrating but reality.
