Weather: raining like hell
Comments:
Ran in the morning before guard games practice, but cut it short cause it was raining ridiculously hard, but then had to bike all the way to mystic in the rain, which pissed me off immensely. i planned on going for another run after work/frisbee game since my mileage is way low for the week, but fucking brian enders spiked me and managed to rip every blister off my heel to the point where i cant put on a pair of shoes right now. and he sucks at frisbee.
anyways, this is the first week this summer i have not hit my mileage goal. ive been feeling awesome this summer so far, but it might be a good thing to step back a bit and let myself recover so i can stay strong and healthy the whole season. i couldve ran 12 or 13 miles today, but i thought doing that to catch up on miles i missed earlier in the week wouldve been a bad idea. so yeah, next week hopefully ill be well rested and get a lot of good training in the rest of the summer.
