Exercise Type: Run

Wave run!!
It's been awhile, but I'm looking for a 9 mile wave run today.
So obviously you are alternating regular easy pace and moderately fast pace every other mile.
So it would llook like:
1 mile easy and slower
1 mile moderate(nothing crazy but 8:30 effort would be good)
1 mile easy
1 mile moderate ...
So the idea is to change pace every other mile but it is not a very drastic change. So for example, if you start at 9 to 9:30 min pace for the "easy", the moderate mile could be around 8:15 to 8:3o
Anyhow, going by effort is most important!
If feel good, don't be afraid to really push pace after a few miles.
