I was not happy about having to finish the workout on the elliptical. I really was pissed, and almost in tears. I got on the damn thing, and put my headphones in my ears. Did a quick 5 min warmup. Then proceeded to drive the workout hard. I was focused and driven. I ran 3: minutes with the thing at 10 Resistance(R) and then recovered with 2 minutes at 5 R. Repeated this 4 times. Then I did a 20 minute cool down at 6 R.
