Easy run with pickups

Comments:
Easy 4 mile run but I really and truly pretty please would like you to add about 4 to 6 fast 20 second pickups within the run.
So whenever you feel ready, pick up the pace for 20 seconds to a pretty good clip focusing on high knees and quick turnover. Go back to easy pace until ready again.
No hills this week though please!!!
