Warm up .5 miles easy ....stretch ..


You may have to write it down, but I think it will serve as a great workout!

Then Run :
.75 mile fast
.1 walk walk
.5 mile fast
.1 walk
.5 mile run
.1 walk
.25 mile run
.05 walk
.25 mile run
.05 walk
.25 run
..1 walk

This should equal 3 miles which is 3.5 miles including warm up
Feel free to Cooldown as much as you have time for after.
Anything from 1 to 3 miles easy would be ideal!!

But first work those intervals good. I know it's a lot of looking down. Do not stress if you go over or under on some of them!!
