Comments:
been sick since sunday, so first run since oberlin. still felt kinda shitty so cut this workout short. what it was supposed to be was 3 miles of lane 8 tempos, 4 at 90, 4 at 85, 4 at 80. then 3x300 at 45. stopped after the second mile cause i felt like i was sprinting running 85, which is bad.
