San Diego Shakeout

Comments:
Arrived in San Diego today for the Holiday Bowl between MSU and WSU. I did a little shakeout run with strides around the marina bay area. It was a sunny and 70 degrees, and of course I was literally the only one outside without a shirt on (and yes there were other people running). I will never understand that.

Funny thing tho is that the hotel we are in is the Washington State hotel. There are cougars fans everywhere and we feel really out of place being MSU people.

Later I went to the band pep rally and although the band hasn't played "Fuck Those Wolverines" even once this year in either basketball or football, they played it tonight and I was the only one in the crowd who shouted clearly, "Fuck Those Wolverines". It was a good time.

Tomorrow I am racing in the Holiday Bowl 5k so we'll see how that goes.
