Comments:
it was actually the crosstrainer -- i did 40ish minutes,, some more uphill than others,, and sometimes with hand weights doing all sorts of funny exercises.. all while watching the angels kick yankee buttski.
also bike like a hella fuckton today,, and it was all in the rain. like crazy downpour windy rain. baah. like 10miles probs..
