Deceptive Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This workout seemed like it would be pretty easy but in the end it became rather difficult. My workout consisted of:
100, easy run the rest of the lap
200, easy run the rest of the lap
300, easy run the rest of the lap
400, easy run a lap
x4 (no lap after the last 400)
All supposed to be at or around 80 second pace.
All of my 100s were around 16-17 seconds, my 200s were 36-37, my first three 300s were 60s and my last was 56s, my 400s were 74, 76, 74, 72 respectively. Harder than I thought it would be haha.
