Medium long run

*wanted 7 but legs are cooked. Didn’t feel bad but legs got tight. Might be time for new shoes too

Seeing celebration is coming up, I want to try to get a mid week medium long run in.

If you can get 6 to 7 miles in today at just an easy aerobic effort, that would be awesome!!
