Warm up 1 mile easy

Run 4x 1 mile fast with a full 3 min. Rest in between..

See how you feel. Even if paces aren't your fastest ever this will be a good workout to get in. These do not have to be 9 min. Pace like the 800's!!! Just take one at a time and think 85% effort!
